Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are permitted to hold only one active account on 399bet at any time. Duplicate accounts – whether created under the same or different personal details – are prohibited. 399bet uses automated systems to detect and flag duplicate registrations. Any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without prior notice and any associated balances or bonus funds may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 399bet account login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 399bet support immediately. 399bet is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to keep their login credentials secure.

• Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed pending verification.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 399bet. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 399bet takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the point of registration, by confirming your date of birth and agreeing to these Terms, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older.

399bet may request documentary proof of age at any stage, including during the withdrawal process or as part of routine account verification. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification that confirms your date of birth. Accounts that cannot satisfy the age verification requirement will be closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

In addition to the age requirement, players must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited for their personal use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of 399bet complies with the laws and regulations applicable to you in your location.

399bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. 399bet does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in names other than that of the account holder.

Deposits are credited to your 399bet wallet as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. 399bet does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees – please check your provider's terms separately. 399bet is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processing systems.

All deposits must come from a payment method that you own and that is registered in your own name. Deposits from shared or third-party accounts are not permitted. If 399bet identifies a deposit from a third-party payment source, the deposit may be returned and the account investigated.

To request a withdrawal from your 399bet account, your account must be verified. Verification requires confirmation of your identity (CNIC or passport) and proof of your payment method. Players who have not completed verification may be unable to process withdrawal requests until the verification steps are completed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. 399bet does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, bank accounts not registered in your name, or payment methods that are different from those used to fund your account, unless specifically approved by the 399bet compliance team.

The standard welcome bonus at 399bet is a 100% match on your first deposit up to a specified maximum amount. To withdraw winnings derived from a bonus, you must complete the stated wagering requirement, which represents the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. For example, a wagering requirement of 10x on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 10,000 in eligible bets must be placed before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

The Refer a Friend programme allows existing 399bet players to earn a reward when they successfully refer a new player who registers, verifies their account, and completes a qualifying deposit. Referral rewards are subject to the current programme terms available on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referrals or referrals of players who already have an existing 399bet account are not eligible.

All bets placed on 399bet are subject to the following general rules. Product-specific rules (cricket betting, PSL, virtual sports) are available within the relevant sections of the platform and supplement these general Terms.

A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet confirmation notification from 399bet after successfully submitting your selection. Until you receive this confirmation, no bet has been placed. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet has been accepted before the event starts. 399bet is not liable for bets that were not successfully submitted due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 100 across all sports and casino products unless stated otherwise.
• Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Bets placed after an event has started may be voided at 399bet's discretion unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, 399bet reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price regardless of the outcome of the event.
• For cricket and PSL betting, if a match is abandoned before the required number of overs are completed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules outlined in the cricket betting section of the platform.
• Accumulator bets are settled when all legs of the accumulator are resolved. If one leg is voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided selection.

The 399bet live casino operates under the following specific conditions in addition to the general Terms. All live casino games – including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, and Casino Hold'em – are streamed from professional studios with certified equipment and trained dealers.

Once a bet is placed and accepted in a live casino round, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The dealer's decisions are final once a round is complete. If a technical failure interrupts a live session before a round is resolved, 399bet will investigate using our full game history logs. In the event of a confirmed system error that affected the outcome, the round will either be replayed or voided and stakes returned at 399bet's discretion.

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on 399bet. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant legal authorities.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent any account restriction.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with any part of the 399bet platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors deliberately and knowingly for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, Teen Patti, or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering money or using the 399bet platform for any financial crime or illegal transaction.
• Using the account of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration, verification, or any customer support interaction.
• Attempting to influence the outcome of any event on which bets are accepted through any means.

399bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of promotions, or any conduct that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified by email. During a suspension, you will be unable to deposit, bet, or withdraw funds until the investigation is resolved. 399bet aims to complete account investigations within 14 working days. If an investigation finds no breach, your account will be reinstated with full access and any delayed withdrawals will be processed promptly.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 399bet support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we encourage you to use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings before requesting full closure. Voluntary closures will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method.

399bet makes no guarantee regarding the continuous availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect access. We endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance wherever possible. 399bet's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of 399bet that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
